The Silver State Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution proudly serves Boulder City and Southern Nevada through a shared commitment to the DAR’s timeless mission of Historic Preservation, Education, and Patriotism. While we celebrate the legacy of the men and women who secured America’s independence, our work is firmly rooted in the present—supporting students, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and local communities through meaningful service. Whether you are interested in discovering your Revolutionary War ancestry, making a difference through volunteerism, or preserving our nation’s rich history for future generations, we invite you to explore who we are and how you can become part of our story.
Historic Preservation
America’s story deserves to be remembered. Our chapter works to preserve our nation’s heritage by safeguarding historical records, supporting preservation projects, commemorating significant events, and honoring the people and places that shaped our country’s founding. Education

The Silver State Chapter encourages academic excellence through scholarships, essay contests, literacy initiatives, classroom support, and recognition programs for outstanding students and educators.
